Make Up Academy Pearl Eyeshadow Shade 4-Review

Hello!

Today I'm going to be reviewing one of my favourite Make Up Academy (MUA) eyeshadows.

Although it seems that MUA has been around for a while, I only discovered it a few months ago when I saw a MUA stand at my local Superdrug. MUA products are quite affordable with the regular MUA products all costing just £1 and products from the MUA Professional range costing a maximum of £8, I believe. The products are of a really good quality for the price, especially the eyeshadows.

The packaging is quite basic-just a black pan with a clear plastic lid. The clear lid is convenient because this way you don't waste time opening lids when looking for a particular shade.

Those pictures do not do the shade justice. It is this gorgeous shimmering lilac-pink shade that would look good on all skin tones. It is quite pigmented, and will last all day if used on top of a primer. I've never used this without a primer, so I can't comment on how long it will last without a primer. This shade is absolutely perfect to use during the day, and will make your face look so much brighter. For night time, I prefer something a little darker.

I definitely recommend this, and I would definitely repurchase this. I own 6 other MUA eyeshadows and I will review and swatch them soon. MUA products are available in some Superdrug stores and online at www.superdrug.com. You can't buy this in Pakistan yet, although MUA says they will soon have a website that will offer international shipping.

This is a great eyeshadow that will not break the bank, and is still of a really good quality. Don't take my word for it, go buy it, and even if you don't like it (which I'm sure you will), you've only wasted £1. I just wish MUA would name their eyeshadows. Shade 4 sounds so boring.

  1. Hi!
I love MUA shadows too! So affordable but so pigmented. I agree about the names though. Hopefully international shipping will start soon so that people who don't live in the UK can love them too!

  2. Hey!
Yeah, I think MUA said their website would be done this year, and there's only about one more month left in the year, so fingers crossed!
    Thanks for your comment :)
