MAC Technakohl Liner-Review

I'm always tempted to buy something when I'm at Heathrow Airport because of the duty free prices! I picked this pencil up from the MAC counter about a year ago.

What MAC says:
A mechanical pencil-style liner. In formula, soft and creamy, with an intense, rich, colour deposit. Blends on application: dries quickly to a long-wear, non-smudge finish. Versatile. An easy way to line the top and lower lash line of the eye. When applied at a 90 degree angle, provides a thin precision line. For thicker application, apply at a flat angle.

ELF Mechanical Eyelash Curler-Is all the hype true?

In short, yes. All you pretty ladies who can't afford the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler, here is a pretty good alternative: The ELF Mechanical Eyelash Curler.

What ELF says:

Add a swipe of e.l.f. Water and Earth Mascara and curled lashes remain in perfect shape all day.

Lust List-Lips

Lately I've been reading a lot of blog posts, and that's got me lusting after a lot of products! I've decided to divide my lust list product wise, because there's just too much for one list (or so I feel, some may disagree). Some of these are things I may never own, but at least I have something to show people when they want to know what to buy me for my birthday and other special occasions. Also, this way I can keep track of the things I want. So without further ado, I give you my lust list (lips).

17 Instant Glow Bronzing Pearls-Review

17 is a make up range by Boots that I love because the products are affordable and of an excellent quality. I actually had no plans of buying this product; I wanted to purchase the 17 Instant Glow Shimmer Dust but I couldn't find it at any of the stores nearby so I bought this product instead. I didn't really have high hopes for it, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Make Up Academy Pearl Eyeshadow Shade 4-Review

Hello!

Today I'm going to be reviewing one of my favourite Make Up Academy (MUA) eyeshadows.

Although it seems that MUA has been around for a while, I only discovered it a few months ago when I saw a MUA stand at my local Superdrug. MUA products are quite affordable with the regular MUA products all costing just £1 and products from the MUA Professional range costing a maximum of £8, I believe. The products are of a really good quality for the price, especially the eyeshadows.

Mini Haul From Paradise Store

I went to Paradise store in Karachi today and was only meant to buy hand wash as I am almost out, but it's not really possible for me to just buy one thing when I walk into a store. I left with a bottle of hand wash, 2 bottles of shampoo and a tube of toothpaste. I don't feel bad though, since I know I'll use all these things, and soon.

ELF Clarifying Pressed Powder-Review

Hello!

I have two pressed powders in my collection, and out of the two I own, this is the one I reach for less often. Read on to find out why.

What ELF says about this product:

Treat and prevent skin imperfections. Proven skin clarifiers absorb oil on contact.

Directions
Brush powder puff (included) across powder and press gently into face and neck.

My view:
This pressed powder comes in a plastic pan with a clear plastic lid that clicks into place. As you can see, there is a powder puff included with this product and I store mine in the case resting on top of the powder. I've seen a lot of people complaining that when they do this, the lid doesn't click into place, but I don't seem to have this problem. The lid comfortably clicks into place with mine, even with the puff inside. It's quite small and compact and you can easily slip this into your bag for touch ups.

ELF All Over Cover Stick-Review

What ELF says:
Achieve smooth and flawless skin easily! The e.l.f. All Over Cover Stick is infused with active natural ingredients and skin polymers to soothe and protect the skin to camouflage those problematic facial areas. Great for using on under eye circles, pimples, and as a primer. Getting a clear fresh face has never been so easy!

 My thoughts:
The concealer comes in a twist up tube with a plastic cover. The packaging is quite nice and the plastic cover stays on so you can pop this into your bag and take it along with you if you wish. I believe it is available in 7 shades. I have this in rosy beige and it matches my skin tone quite well. I love the scent of this concealer. It smells like lemons and the scent is so subtle and delicate. I can't smell it once I've applied it so people who prefer unscented products shouldn't really have too much of a problem with this concealer.
